If you close your eyes and let your tastebuds guide your imagination you will be swept away to the country side of Brazil.

This Tastour is a guided wine tasting and 3 course dinner.

About the dinner

Casa Brazil cooks authentic cuisine served in a charming cafe.  We will sample around 15 different dishes over 3 courses.  The final course will be a passion fruit mousse paired with a Muscadel sparkling wine.

About the Wine

After tasting your welcome glass of bubbles, you won't be surprised to hear that Brazil is becoming know as one of the best producers of sparkling wine.

Brazilian Wine is amazing and extremely hard to find.  And to prove it to you we will do a blind tasting comparing Brazilian wines to Old World rivals.

We will be tasting an array of wines from the producer Miolo, Brazil's best winery.

In addition to guiding you through the wines, your host will give a small presentation on the history of Brazilian wine and what you can expect in the future.

Review of our last event hosted at Casa Brazil

It was really good home cooked food, very different to the run of the mill one experiences elsewhere. It was also interesting to learn about how Brazilian wine compares to other wines. ” Robert

Review of restaurant

Home cooked savoury dishes were delicious and wholesome, and both the sweet corn/polenta cake and the passion fruit mousse deserved a Michelin star. I sampled acai and other fruit cocktails - fantastic experience. After five days my skin glowed and my tongue was pinker and healthier than its been for years.
