We will be comparing many different types of chocolate and different recipes.

Including conching times, cocoa percentages, milks and beans! We will be comparing the leading chocolate producers- so join us to find out which one makes you tick!

Some like milk, some like dark and some really don't care as long as it melts in their mouths and makes them sign in pleasure!




FORMAT:

This lightly educational/ mostly social guided tasting will encourage you to think more of chocolate than just its self satisfying qualities!

As usual, we will be socialising in a fun, unique way! The tasting will be in the SPEED-TASTING format.

This does NOT mean that we will be drinking quickly, like we were in Uni! and it def doesn't mean that we are speed-dating!

With each different round (about every 20 minutes or so) you will be presented with a new chocolate comparison and seat assignment!

Each comparison will be presented with a few fun facts to impress your friends.

This is not a singles event, this is a mingles event!

WHERE: The Theodore Bullfrog. This is a newly renovated pub in the heart of the west end. It is light and lively and we have exclusive use of the upstairs.

TIME:

7:00 - Welcome glass of Bubbles
7:15- INTRO TO CHOCOLATE begins!
9:00- Canapés of Smoked Salmon Bellini's, Chicken Skewers, Vegetarian Spring Rolls and various other nibbles will be served and the SATURDAY NIGHT Party will begin!
*** please note, that this is nibbles not dinner
